Rice Water was one of the main skincare ingredients in Joseon Dynasty and Japanese Empire throughout the centuries. With a help of Rice Bran Extract it purifies skin surface, eliminates dead skin cells and regulates skin's water-oil balance to keep it clear and hydrated at all times. The toner pH level is the closest to our skin's natural pH. It protects skin barrier and gives comforting and soothing feeling to the skin.

Repair & Brighten

In addition to key ingredients like Rice Water and Rice Bran Extract, Amaranthus Caudatus Seed Extract and Portulaca Oleracea Extract provide nourishing and soothing effects to tired rough skin. Niacinamide helps to brighten dull skin including by treating breakouts and reducing an appearance of post-acne scars.

Formula also contains Adenosine, ingredient that treats skin concerns such as dry and fatigued skin as well as aging skin with wrinkles and "crow's feet". Our favorite way is to apply it before your targeted Serum and then layer it on top to lock it into the skin.
